Deeva Payon Global Pvt Ltd is a fintech company based in Jaipur. The company provides payment solutions and services over India. Indias Digital Payments Have Entered a New Phase

In the few years Indias digital payments ecosystem has changed a lot. It is no longer about people using digital payments. Nowadays UPI transactions are in billions every month. People use services and utility payments all the time. They want every transaction to be completed quickly. This means that fintech companies need to make sure their systems can handle a lot of transactions.

The main challenge for fintech companies is not whether to use payments or not. It is about how to make sure people have an experience when they use digital payments. This is especially important when there are a lot of transactions happening at the time.

Speed Alone Is Not Enough

A payment platform can be fast.. If it does not work well when a lot of people are using it people will lose trust in it. It is more important for a payment platform to work well all the time. This includes being able to handle transactions during peak times and being able to recover from failures. From our experience building systems that can handle situations helps to build trust with customers.

Security Should Work in the Background

People who use payments want them to be secure.. They do not want it to be complicated. This means that payment platforms need to have fraud detection systems. They also need to be able to keep payment data safe.. They need to follow the rules that are in place to protect transactions. The best payment platforms have security built into them. They do not treat security as something

Service Depth Creates Long-Term Value

Just having a payment gateway is not enough anymore. Businesses want platforms that can do a lot of things. These things include recharges, bill payments, money transfers and utility payments. They want all of these services to be in one place and to be reliable. When payment platforms can do all of these things they become very important for businesses.

What Comes Next

The next phase of payments will likely be driven by artificial intelligence. It will also be driven by integration between online and offline platforms.. There will be a greater emphasis on making sure transactions are safe and reliable. As the industry gets bigger smaller companies may need to specialize or work together. Companies that invest in technology will be better positioned for the future.

At Deeva Payon Global these trends are already shaping our technology roadmap. We are building scalable and future-ready payment solutions.

Payment Security in India: Why Invisible Protection Wins, by Anshu Kumar, CTO of Deeva Payon Global

Anshu Kumar, the CTO of Deeva Payon Global is in charge of technology strategy at Deeva Payon Global Pvt Ltd. This company provides payment solutions and services over India. Here Anshu Kumar explains why payment security in India needs to be different from what most platforms do.

Every payment platform says it is secure.. Very few platforms explain what that means on a daily basis when you are dealing with millions of small transactions in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Real security is not a badge on a checkout page. It is the thousands of decisions a system makes without you even noticing before a single rupee is moved.

Fraud detection has to be very fast. When you recharge your phone or pay a bill the transaction is completed in under two seconds. The system has to decide whether to flag allow or block the transaction within that time frame without making the process slower. This means the fraud detection system has to be accurate and fast so users do not even notice it is working.

It is easy to make fraud checks stricter after something goes wrong.. If you make the rules too strict you will end up blocking genuine customers, especially first-time users or those in areas where transaction patterns are not very predictable. The harder work is to make sure the detection system catches fraud without bothering legitimate users who may seem a little unusual.

Compliance with rules and regulations is important. It should not feel like a hassle. RBI guidelines and data protection requirements are in place for a reason. If they are not implemented well they can cause problems for users like extra steps, repeated verification and confusing error messages. The best compliance implementations are the ones that users barely notice because they happen in the background and do not interrupt the transaction flow.

Security in markets needs a different approach

Retail partners in smaller towns often use shared devices have inconsistent internet and are not as familiar with digital technology as users in cities. A security model that only works for users with things like biometric checks, constant OTPs and complex verification flows can create more problems than it solves in these areas. Designing for this reality than ignoring it is what keeps a payment aggregator safe and secure.

At Deeva Payon Global the standard is simple: if a customer ever has to think about security then something has already gone wrong with the design. Deeva Payon Global wants to make sure that payment security works smoothly and does not cause any problems for customers. Deeva Payon Global is working to make payment security, in India better. It is doing this by making sure that the system is secure, fast and easy to use.
